Renovation of a beautiful sea-view apartment.
The renovation of this apartment was completed using modern materials and advanced technical solutions for air conditioning.

The project focused on two main goals:

• Maximizing ceiling height and optimizing the use of interior spaces
• Improving air conditioning and ventilation by replacing the old system with a more efficient one
• As part of the renovation, all three bathrooms were fully redesigned, and the open-plan kitchen was partially updated to align with the new interior concept.

After the renovation, the apartment impresses with its Mediterranean ambiance, filled with natural light, a sense of spaciousness, and an atmosphere of lightness and relaxation.
This transformation was made possible through our in-house design expertise and close collaboration with the client.
